Our recommendation is that if you are unsure or are in between sizes, size up rather than down. Our clothing is tight fit to ensure full compression.

SHIPPING: DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, although if you are struggling to complete your transaction to your country, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware if there are customs or extra fees for packages coming from Spain to your country.

The parcels are shipped straight to your mailbox so make sure that your name is visible on the mailbox.
DELIVERY: WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST?
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, often the same day! Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.
Standard and express shipping rates differ depending on your urgency to receive your order. Depending on your shipping selection, we will deliver your order within 48-72 hours and 4-10 days.
The prices in our online shop are inclusive of VAT.
Our currency is set to Euro. However, you can click on your desired currency in the top upper panel of the homepage to see our prices in other currencies.
Please note, that at the final stages of the checkout process, the currency will automatically switch back to Euro. To see the final price in your currency, please use a currency converter.
IMPORT & CUSTOM CHARGES
Please note that local import charges and customs charges may occur if you live outside of the EU. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Contact your local customs office if you are unsure if packages coming from the EU will have custom charges.
DISCOUNT CODES: CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNTS AT THE SAME TIME?
No, you may only use one discount code per purchase.
ORDER: MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
Use the form in the contact us page and use your order number as subject and we’ll look into it as soon as we can (reply within 24 hours).
RETURNS: HOW DO I RETURN / CHANGE AN ITEM?
You can return your order within 14 days from the day of delivery to register and return an item. Please review our Returns Policy for returning your order.
EXCHANGES: CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges right now. You will need to return the product and place a new order for the product that you want. Please review our Exchange Policy.
