RETURNS

Please first advise us at support@herstorm.com that you are making a return.

You can return your order within 14 days on receiving the order. You have 14 days from the day of delivery to register and return an item.

It´s recommended that you return the item with registered post so that you/us can track the package. Returns shipping is at your own cost and risk.

On receiving the returned item, if the product meets all of our requirements, we will refund the total value including your original shipping cost. Your returns shipping cost is non-refundable and is at your own expense.

If you originally classify for Free Shipping based on the total amount paid, and then you return items to us in which the amount is lower than the free shipping offer, HERSTORM will deduct the original free shipping amount from the amount to be refunded of the returned items.

Returns Requirements

• Item must be unworn, unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear) and with the tag attached. Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you 
• Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
• All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

• Orders placed separately (unique reference numbers) should be returned separately. Different orders being returned in one package will significantly slow down refund processing speed.

• If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.  

EXCHANGES

• HERSTORM currently does not offer exchanges. A refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return.
• If you wish to order a different size, you will need to place a new order via the website.
